Senior Associates Kurt Bassuener and Bodo Weber both spoke at SAIS Conference ‘The Western Balkans: Progress, Stagnation, or Regression?’ in Sarajevo.

Kurt Bassuener was a commentator (along with ESI’s Gerald Knaus) on a panel entitled “Prospects for the New Government in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Role of the International Community.” Bodo Weber spoke on a panel called “Democratizing the ‘Constitutional Debate:’ Inclusion of Civil Society Voices.”
